Interactive analytics and visualizations
The SVOD portal is used for interactive analyses of the epidemiology of malignant tumors. The link leads to the time trend of the incidence of colorectal cancer (C18–C20) in absolute numbers of cases per year. The user can then adjust the settings of this analysis (conversion to 100,000 people, different time period, men and women separately, etc.), or continue to other epidemiological parameters (mortality, prevalence, survival).
Data summaries and open data

Data outputs from the National Health Information System are published through the NZIS Open Health Data Catalogue. The link leads to an overview of data summaries, which are intended for intermediate users and data analysts by processing and in xlsx format, and to open datasets, which are intended primarily for advanced and experienced data analysts. The data sources mentioned allow for own analyses of the epidemiology of malignant neoplasms in the Czech Republic, including colorectal cancer.
International comparison
The Globocan portal is used for basic comparison of incidence and mortality between countries worldwide, or a selected region. The link leads to a map of incidence of colorectal cancer (C18–C21) age-standardized to the world standard for a given year. The user can then adjust the visualization settings, either by switching to mortality, selecting a specific gender, cancer type, age cohort, or geographic region.
Colorectal Cancer Screening Programme Results
Interactive analytics and visualizations

The Screening Programme Data Portal shares basic results related to the colorectal cancer screening program, the evaluation of which is carried out by the National Screening Centre. The evaluation evaluates basic quality and performance indicators of this programme - after selecting a given indicator, the user can interactively adjust the analysis settings (change the period, gender, age group or region) for which the indicator is plotted.
Analytical studies
Available only in Czech.
The Screening Programme Data Portal shares basic results related to the colorectal cancer screening program, the evaluation of which is under the responsibility of the National Screening Centre. As part of the evaluation, basic analytical results of this program are regularly published in the form of static presentations, which, in addition to the results themselves, also contain their basic interpretation.
Open data
Available only in Czech.
The Screening Programme Data Portal shares basic results related to the colorectal cancer screening programme, the evaluation of which is carried out by the National Screening Centre. The link leads to open datasets, based on which the user can calculate the values of the basic quality indicators of this programme - including setting basic stratification parameters (by period, gender, age group or region).
